I cannot delete this folder from my hard drive

every time i try to delete this empty folder i get an error that says: "Cannot delete file: Cannot read from source file or disk." I dont get it...the folder is on my secondary hdd which is connected (i know this because I can access other things on it). I know its not a big deal but I can't stand the fact that this file i permanently stuck on my hard drive for no apparent reason. Anyone know what might be wrong?

file/run explorer.exe

delete folder

if that doesn't work, start up a command line prompt, kill explorer and delete the folder from the command prompt.
