Everytime I get connected to a wireless connection my computer would show a blue page that says I have an error and shut down on me.
I can' t read what the blue page says because it only stays open for about 1 second before shutting down.

I did get infected with the bloodhound.exploit.6 virus and my norton couldn't remove them. However they've been quarantined.

Could anyone please tell me what the hell is going on? Right now I'm using my sister's laptop to get online.

Thanks a lot!!!

If you have WindowsXP, enable the Windows Firewall. If your WinXP has Service Pack 2 installed, the Windows Firewall is called "Windows Firewall" and is found in the Control Panel. If you do not have Service Pack 2 yet, then it is called the Internet Connection Firewall and you might want to just consult Windows Help for help on enabling it.

The Windows Firewall will help defend your computer against worm attack from other computers, including both the ones on the Internet and the ones sharing the wireless setup with you.

If that works, try some online antivirus scanners. I have some listed here. Once your computer is clean of viruses and spyware/adware, get it patched up at Windows Update and maybe look at the security suggestions I wrote up on other parts of that site.

Hope that helps 🙂
