I can run my TBird 700 with 1.600V, is this normal?

I think it's better for the CPU when it runs with lower Voltage, doens't it? It doesn't get so hot too.

yep it is always better to bring down the voltage if the system stays stable enough

i used to run my Celeron 366 oced 550 at 2.1v
but then i tried bring it down to 2.05 and 2.0v
still stable
and i kept it at 2.0v

Yup it is good. My 900 core can run at 1.65 up to 1035 and up to 1050 at 1.9 So I just keep it at 1035 and the low voltage.

The lower the voltage the core can take and remain stable at any given frequency, the better.
