I'm pretty sure you can use it with no trouble from them. I made it from scratch anyways, they just gave me the idea. Just don't start up a communications technology company that uses that logo. hehe
I wouldn't be surprised if that webmaster ended up wandering into here from the sites logs, probly getting more hits than usual.
