I can only get Direct3D RGB Emulation in Windows 2000....

I've reinstalled my video drivers and even tried upgrading to Directx 8. I can play Glide and OpenGL stuff fine, but when I try to play anything with Direct3d it either won't start or starts in RGB Emulation mode.

Any ideas?
