Turn the phone completely off. If you can't get it to turn off, pull the battery out and then put it back in.

While the phone is off, press the Home, Volume Up and Power buttons all together until you see the Android developer menu appear.

Use the Volume Down button to scroll down to wipe data/factory reset and then press the Home key to select it.

Use the Volume Down button to scroll to Yes - delete all user data and then press the Home key to select it.

Use Volume Down to highlight reboot system now and the press the Home key to select it.

The phone will then reboot to its factory settings.
