Gouda, cheddar, havarti, parmigiano-reggiano

mmmm...cheese...

I think the only one I really don't care for much is swiss. I mean i'll eat it, but it just tastes bland.

My favorite type of cheese? Its probably a sharp cheddar or jack cheddar. I love me some spicy cheese.

Havarti, Gouda, and Swiss are also very delicious.
 
Depends what you like, havarti is smooth and creamy, aged chedar is sharp, almost moldy tasting, which can be good. I loves the jalepeno Havarti or Montery Jack
 
My workhorse cheeses are extra sharp cheddar, and Swiss. Most are good, but I'm generally not a fan of semi soft or softer.
