I can barely write anymore

I'm talking about with pen and paper of course. I can hammer out paragraph after paragraph on a keyboard. Yet when I try to write with a pen to paper I write very slow and my sentence structure is horrible.

I suppose it's because I've been out of school for a long time now so I'm not used to writing anymore. If I ever continute my education, I'm really gonna be hurting. 😱
 
I can write fine, still being a student, but nobody can read my writing. Calling it chickenscratch would be charitable.
 
My hands cramp up much faster now than they did just 2-3 years ago as I do very minimal hand-writing unless it's an exam...in which case, 30 minutes I'm shaking my hand so I can actually write legibly.
 
my writing is as bad as ever.
Takes me like 2 hours to write 1 page, and nobody can read it, not even myself.
Typing is MUCH better, as it's readable, and like 100 times as fast.

The keyboard is the devil. I'm in the same boat as the OP. Can type like a flashing bastard in a snowstorm but can't write without looking like garbage and cramping the hand. Sign of the times, I guess! 🙂

if your hand is cramping while writing maybe you have some carpel tunnel problems.
possibly due to improper positioning of your hands on the keyboard.
 
BTW, I hate writing on white paper... I prefer yellow legal pads, or now I'm kind of into ivory with brown ruling. I dunno why, I'm just Foxtrot Uniform that way.
 
I have no problems writing. I type just about as fast as I can write so it doesn't really matter to me. I make way more spelling errors when typing though.
