I have a credit card, I want to order for my dad to use, a secondary card where all charges would fall into my account.. this ability exists doesn't it?

Yes, it's called cosigning, you can cosign anyone you want to your card pretty much - but remember that it's still your responsibility to get the payments in. If your dad messes up and doesn't pay, it affects your credit negatively.

I got a secondary card in my mom's name.
She is in TN and I am in NJ and once a month she does a cigarette run for me.
All the bills come here. She does not get a bill at all.
We also gave my daughter a few cards, and she doesnt get the bill either.

I dont know if you can get them their own bill.

The statements should come in under your own name. I'm currently cosigned to one of my mother's cards (for the good APR) and the statements come in under her name.

There is a difference between co-signing a joint credit application (geno's suggestion) and adding your father as an authorized user.

Call your credit card company and ask that your father be added as an AUTHORIZED USER. He will receive a credit card in his name (with your same cc account number), the bills will still go to you in your name.

How much do you end up saving a month on cigarettes?

Cigs in NJ are $55.00 per carton.
Cigs in TN are under $30.00
And I get coupons from RJ Reynolds (Camels lights) and Philip Morris (Marlboro Medium) worth $4.00 off per carton, so with shipping I end up paying approx $28.00 per carton.
