Like the title says i recently replaced my nivdia 9500GT with a maxcore 260gtx and atm i'm having issues with it.

for one the fan on the card turns on, yet the monitor doesn't pick up theres a card and the device/hardware arn't picking it up

it's ment to light up when either enough or not enough power yet does neither

i've uninstalled old drivers and installed new ones for card yet when i double click on nvidia update it says "no components or hardware for this drivers is found"

i have a 720W power supply and AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+
is my current rig, my motherboard is a GA-MA69GM-S2H gigabyte

please help, this card is a beast and i want it to run, my last resort is taking this to a computer store and waiting a week for them ;/

Punting to Video. Go long!

Mods move it to the Video Cards subforum.

Try the following:

- Uninstall old drivers
- Boot into safe mode
- Run Driver Cleaner
- Turn off computer and exchange 9500GT with GTX260
- Boot into Windows and install new drivers

If it still doesn't work, try checking your BIOS options. Also make sure that your video cable is connected properly to the GPU. Check if you connected the power adapters correctly as well.
