I broke up with her....

I broke up with my g/f tonight. We had a little fight last night and said we'd get together and talk tonight. We went out to Outback and then came back to my place and talked. I got caught up in the moment and broke up with her because I need more independence than what she wants. Now I'm sad because I know I hurt her feelings and I miss her already. I guess it's probably for the better considering she's 7 years older than me, but she's really the best girlfriend I've ever had...except for the ME time that I haven't been getting lately. Sorry...just had to vent.

If you really miss her, then give it a day, and call her. Tell her you made a mistake. and overreacted, but that she was making you feel like a caged animal. Tell her how much she means to you, and how sad life would be without her. Try to sould like you're near tears, and boom, the breakup never happened.

However, I think you need to ask yourself, what do I really want? Make sure you know before you make that call.

yea.... maybe you're right... but it's never that easy.. there're things i'm satisfied with and things i'm not... and one of the things i'm not is sex while the other one is mental stimulation... pretty tough to ignore those needs and yet even tougher to make them excuses for breaking up....
