I Bought Something Similar to the TRT2TT and need Advice

I bought something similar to the TR2TT(Designed By Thermaltake)TR2-M2 T.M.D(Tip-Magnetic Driving)CPU Cooler with Adjustable Fan Speed Controller and wondering if I could put another cpu fan there that is quieter and be more affective on cooling my CPU. Here are the specifications I got from the newegg site

Specification:
Compatibility: Socket A/370
Fan Dimensions: 74x74x15(mm)
Heat Sink Dimensions: 70x66x30.8(mm)
Bearing Type: Double Ball Bearing
Nominal Speed(RPM): 5600/4500/3000
Max Air Flow🙁CFM): 35.5
Max Pressure: 5.2 mmH2O
Heat Sink Material: Aluminum with Copper base
Rated Voltage: 12V DC
Connector: 3 Pin
Noise(dBA): 38/34/30

Right now, my 1700+ TbredA is o/ced to 1743MHz (166x10.5) and is currently around 47-49C Idle, and goes up to about 56C at max temp. That is kinda to high for me and wondering if anybody can give me advice about another fan I can buy to put on top of the heatsink. Don't you think those temp are little to high??? Thanks!

Those temps are fine, and if IIRC the T-Bred A's run hotter than the B's too, but that is high for that clockspeed unless your using 1.8+v to get there. That heatsink is just poorly designed and a cheap imitation of the AeroFlow which has a hollow core designed to take advantage of the small hub the TMD has. Anywho, you could buy an 80mm fan and McGyver it on there I'm certain, but personally I sell it for what you can get or just "parts box" it and get something like the ALX-800 and a stealth fan for it if you want cool and quite for a descent price.
