I bought something off ebay..

So I bought myself some books on ebay totalling around $80 all from same seller. Now, he ships the package, but puts down the wrong address. He instead ships it to my neighbor. I've asked my neighbor if they received it and they say no. (UPS says delivered) I find it very suspicious that they have no trace of it but then again it's UPS. I don't know what to do. Start a chargeback or what?

Run up to a cop waving a gun and ask for his help.

Call the police and tell them your neighbor stole your UPS shipment.

I'd try to get the money back from him since it was his fault the numbers were messed up in the first place. Open a dispute if you have to.

This but only after a day or two... just in case the books mysteriously appear (eg. neighbor had change or heart or UPS actually delivers... something they mark it delivered but don't until the next day.)
