It depends on if you are forcing him to use crappy software or if he is interested in creating web pages. If he wants to make a page, download vim and use the HTML syntax highlighting and get him a book.

It is starting to get really "silly", feels like something else is behind the front story.

In any case, FrontPage is great easy for beginners and can produce well for pro site as well.

However while sorting you shopping conundrums; you can start your son with this:

Link to: Free - DHE Editor - visual web page design.

If he does well and like creating pages go the CompUSA and get yours self a boxed FrontPage.

:cookie: for you then.

I don't need to buy anything that isn't for sale retail or can't be found in the FS/FT forum.

Rule of thumb: don't bid on any auction that uses a picture from a website for the product description. If the seller didn't take the picture of the item, chances are good that you are getting ripped off.

Not always true, but a safe bet.

While I may agree that for computer stuff I would never use ebay, there are other things on ebay you can't find anywhere else. I have a part for my car that is unique and could only be found on ebay. Actually, I have 2 things for my car that could only be found on ebay.
