I boot w/ error message CPUID 1067A PATCH ID 0A07

After the processor shows its speed, it suppose to show how much memory there is but it doesn't. Immediately after the processor speed, it show this message CPUID 1067A PATCH ID 0A07. It just gives that message briefly and then auto reboots and the cycle begins over and over.

I can't even get into the BIOS.

Specs are:
Intel E8400 stock speed 3Ghz
Gigabyte EP45-UD3r Motherboard
4 gigs G.Skill memory
9800 GTX+ video card

I've had it since beginning of '09 and never come across this before, never had any problems with that particular computer.

I took out the CMOS battery for 5 mins then put it back in. My BIOS reset and I was able to get into the BIOS. But then afterwards when I saved and exited, it started to loop again. I'm gonna try to see if maybe its the battery and replace it with a new one.

Hopefully its the battery? Could it be that the battery is causing this?

I replaced the battery with a new one and the problem is still there. I tried pulling 1 stick of memory out and trying it, no luck. I tried with the other memory, no luck. I switched out the hard drive for another one. It can't be the video card. I don't think its the processor since I monitor that with CPUID and it never goes over 60 degrees.

Could it be the motherboard is giving problems or perhaps the BIOS?
I read that yahoo link, I hope nothing is fried =(

You could try updating the BIOS if you've never done that since you had the board there are several reversions out that should be newer.
