Here's the deal , I Am Downloading .cab files and .zip files but i don't need the whole file I only need the file within the file , is thier any FTP client Program that Will allow you to Download the Archived file (The file within the file) ?

You could give a shot at Windows Commander, which is a file explorer replacement that allows you to browse archived files as directories. However, by the nature of zip files, your system will generally need to download the archive at least to a temp file before it is able to view the contents of the zip/cab/rar/etc.

FTP doesn't support what you are looking for. It would require the server to manage the unzipping...something no sysadmin would want happening.
