Not that I ever want to find out of course. Just occurred to me the other day what with us being anatomically so similar to other animals that are eaten all over the world. Pigs are anatomically similar enough that they are commonly used as medical analogues and in an emergency you can do organ transplant between the two. Chimps and gorillas AKA "Bush meat" is considered a delicacy in several parts of the world. Perhaps another reason some ancient tribes stuck with cannibalism? I bet people taste good. Just my 2 cents.

I would hope so, think about your average American diet. We would grill nicely, what with the perfect marbling. Oh the smell of fat dripping on burning hardwood.
 
This is why the obesification of America is a good thing. Back in the 50s people were tough and stringy. Now they're tender and nicely marbled.
 
The Japanese will come out with Kobe Human, just think we can go have massages and get drunk till we are sliced to shreds.
