It won't play. I click open, and it doesn't play, I click save as, and it downloads a file that is 0 KB in size.
 
Hard to tell how the cop standing got hit... it seems he was close but he was moving on the ground, but didnt stand up.
 
my guess was the car was "screeching" out of control, which is what caused the cop to turn around, thus saving his life.

What funny video are you referring to? If you are talking about the two patrolman who almost get killed then your definition of funny leads me to believe that you have a VERY sick sense of humor.

Some guy/woman in a Caddy (assuming they're old) jumps into my center lane trying to get out of their left-turning lane, while I was doing 50mph and he was at 5mph. I had to dive into the right lane... luckily I had cleared a Maxima to my right seconds before I came upon him. I didn't even have time to honk my horn or signal (which I always do). Bet he didn't even know he did something wrong that night. Farking retards.
