I believe my Abit NF7-S R2 just died on me. Help?

I believe my NF7-S just crapped out on me. I'm looking around to see if I can find a troubleshooting guide right now.

Here's what's going on. The pc turns on, the red and green LEDs light up, the HDD and Power LEDs light up, the HDD and CPU hsf spin up but nothing else. No beeps, no flashing LEDs, nothing.

Does it sound like a dead CMOS or maybe something else? Thanks for helping.

looks like a cold boot problem. try each component at a time to identify the problem.

As of right now I just have the cpu, one stick of memory, and a Radeon 9600 Pro installed. Same thing.
