I baught a tyee gpu watercooled block and it leaks i think

my tyee i baught off this board leaks , i just got it in the mail . why do i think it leaks . well in the middle of the clear window there is a small section that i belive is supposed to be void of water . how ever there is a bubble of air that moves around that lets you see water that is in there . so at first i thaught it was some sort of supper cooling liguid from danger den that was supposed to be on the tyee block . but the more i looked at it it looks like it is just greenish liquid that has leaked past the inside gasket to the area that is supposed to be void of water inside the clear window. any how ive pm'd the seller requesting a return . however i noticed that the void if removed stickers have not been tuched . i am not the original buyer of this tyee . however is it possible to send it back to danger den under warenty and if so does anyone know how much it would cost to do so. thnk you for your replies in advance.
 
if its under warranty just RMA it and you pay for shipping there, and they pay to ship a new one back. Usally you can USPS priority for <$6 and most companies send back UPS or Fedex ground... 2day

Ask him to pay for shipping if you feel you have to RMA them
 
well i did . hes saying its normall for it to leak past the gaskets and into the void area . im calling danger den tomorrow.
 
danger den says it happens to 1 in 400 blocks . they said either the gasket has deteriorated or it was placed incorectly originaly . either way i feel it needs to be fixed before i would put it in my machine . also if that gasket has failed im sure the outer gasket is getting close . or on the rocks maybee.
 
I would get it replaced, if one gasket is bad any pressure stress is now all on the outside gasket. If that one goes.... bad news.
