I ate something that didn't agree with me

and I have a pretty good idea what it was, though perhaps it was a combination of two foodstuffs consumed today.

Now I've got one heck of a stomach ache, and I'm extremely tired, yet unable to sleep because of stomach pain.

And, no, I'm not doing a late night run for Pepto. I already showered and brushed my teeth.

Pansy, get in the car and head to CVS/Walgreens/Whatever. Who cares if your teeth are clean and you're in PJs, it's midnight; people tend to have just brushed their teeth and put PJs on at this hour.
