I just bought $27 with of pop (soda, whatever) and I ALMOST saved more than I spent. I saved $24 with coupons and sale deals. I am not a true Ferengi till I save more than I spend though.

Yep that was him. I started chatting with him after he posted a Hot Deal. OD had a $20 off $50 coupon, buy a whole sh!t load of Pepsi/Mt Dew until you reach $50 then use the $20 off coupon with free shipping. A day or two later the OD delivery guy is at your doorstep and hates you because he has to bring all the cases into your house.

I rememebr that. I got in on it once ( the second time I think) 17 12 packs for $30 IIRC. The guys in michigan paid like nothing because of the 10 cent refund on each can, which was insane! He didn't get them all at OM did he? I will have to ask him.

I wonder if he has his machine set up somewhere yet

I, too, used The Rules of Acquisiton to NOT pay over $150.00 dollars while grocery shopping yesterday. I am stocked through Q1/03 with non perishables.... Also got my 8th set of United Miles from Safeway..... also re-stocked the Emergency Box....
