I am wiped out

Dunno why I'm so tired,been off work for 2 days,maybe it was my session at the gym or maybe the claritin I downed for my allergies.

Claritin makes me drowsy even though it says it's "non-drowsy", but that's an atypical reaction.

Likely cause for being tired is the exercise and the "heavy" meal you just ate.

Both Claritin and Allegra make me drowsy. I can't take any of the "non-drowsy" allergy meds as they all make me drowsy. The only thing that seems to help during allergy season is to use the nose sprays (Rhinocort Aqua/Flonase) etc.

I was up for over 30 hours for some unbeknownst reason. I finally got tired, and I slept for 12 hours.
