I'd probably give it 3/4. In my book 4/4 is reserved for true greats like The Godfather.

Exactly...I don't ever see them giving movies like this even 3 stars.
 
I loved the "Duel", and think it is worthy of 4 stars. It is a cable TV classic, and an amazing movie for the budget. Definitely worthy of a viewing after Dennis Weaver's having passed away.
