They are interviewing students, 3 or 4, about how the drinking scene is at college campuses. Basically all they are saying is college binge drink when they are stressed, pissed, bored, or anything related. Granted I think that college campuses are "somewhat" like that but I know not all aren't. Our campus, for example, I feel for the most part have responsible drinkers. Don't SUO fool ya 
we did have a little riot before the school year but thats about it. I think it all has to do where the college is located. Penn State is basically in the sticks so there isn't a lot to do.
I do feel that no matter what your parents did to show you the dangers, when you get to college it's all your responsibility. I also feel that most people don't know "how" to drink. How meaning know when to quit and still have fun. I didn't start drinking till I was 17 and I still "might" drink once a week. Not get drunk but just have a drink. I might get drunk about once "maybe" twice a month. I guess it's all in what you like but I do think that MSMBC should have visited about 20-40 campuses to get the whole story.
