Finally had my Official Gathering of Decision Makers regarding my 1st accident (reference: https://forums.anandtech.com/thread...der-bender-on-my-way-into-work-today.2524380/). I didn't get the $59 in small claims courts fees added to the settlement but overall I give a rating of Good Enough. Brings my small claims legal proceedings record up to 3-0 (I defended two claims when I worked in retail).

Probably going to have to try for 4-0 since the insurance information in the police report for my second accident is incorrect.
