I am the first one to own a new iPod Nano in silver in the Sacramento area.

I called the Apple store earlier today to see if they had the new iPods in stock, and they said they *just* got them in. I went over there and they had them in the back of the store and hadn't even unpacked them yet. I was the first person to get a silver one. I got the 4gb version. I ahven't even opened it yet, but it looks cool

I agree but the problem with scratching keeps it tucked away in a protective case

i dont understand the gapless playback.....didnt they already claim to do that with pretty much every update so far....

true... that is if you want to keep it prestine... i gave up on mine and now its just filled with scratches...
