WHY THE FUCK do software publishers FORCE you to use steam? I only get 6GB/month on my fucking internet and so now I can't play my LEGALLY purchased copy of Metro 2033. After updating steam and metro, I'll probably have used 2+ GB of my bandwidth. Is there any workaround to this?
Proper forum to ask for workarounds is PC Gaming. I'd move it, but you'd have to clean the language up first. So, you may as well make a new thread with a nicer tone over there. Oh, and welcome to my old world - I just finally got rid of the shackles of a low cap. Still have about the same speeds, but half the cost and no limit.
And, I thought there was a way with some of the publishers that you could pay a few extra bucks for a hard copy.
