Well supposedly the http://faoman.ucdavis.edu/eawards/or here is a valid link from what UCD tells me and when my friends access it. However from my computer I get the cannot find server error. I have no troubles accessing any other sites but this...any ideas?

What secruirty level are you at? I am using IE 5.5 w/ Medium settings and won't show, just tried lowering it a notch and still no go.
and I get this:

lol yep...up until the part I have to log in....I guess I'll give em a call tommorw since you all have let me down in not solving my problems 
But damn I honestly have no clue why this is not working...
But damn I honestly have no clue why this is not working...Best advice I can give you then is update your browser to IE6, make sure you're running 128 bit security, my security settings are on custom as well, you might try dropping it as low as it will go.
No clue why it's not working for you, based on what you've told me I'd say browser issues.
