I have the following:

ASROCK DUAL 939 SATAII (Needed AGP so plz no comment about this being a 'cheapo' board)
AMD X2 3800+
OCZ DDR 400 Platinum (1GB X 2)
Zalman CNPS9500
Antec 500W PS

Currently I am running at 2.5 Ghz (10 X 250Mhz) with 2,3,2,5,1T. VCORE is around 1.47V (did VCORE mod) with CPU temp hovering 52 C when running 2 X Prime95. For some reason, I can't get past 250 Mhz HTT. Won't post if I go over. I tried higher VCORE (1.55V) with the same result. Also, I can't manually set the memory divider. I have to leave it at AUTO which is currently at cpu/12 (according to SysTool). If I manually set it, no post. Using Bios 1.6 (official).

What else can I do to squeeze more performance out of it? Thanks!

I am not sure if I can change that on this board. All I got for divider are DDR166, DDR333, and DDR400.
Where or how do I change HT?

Read this, I have the same board, this helped me out a lot.

wizboy said change your HT speed, its under the mainboard menu in your BIOS, and he wants you to try it at 600MHz, although it'll probably work at 800MHz as well.

All I got for divider are DDR166, DDR333, and DDR400

These are actually dividers (not freq locks), try DDR166, this is actually a 12X divider and should give you around DDR208, it's just poorly labeled in BIOS.

Changed NB-SB link to 600 (was @ 800), AGP to 64, mem divider to 166Mhz. Set HTT to 251 and got BSOD after logging into XP.

So upped the vcore to 1.475 (which shows 1.52 in speedfan for some reason) still no boot. It looks like as soon as I increase HTT, the whole thing comes crumbling down :(
