I PM "fox3a" and told him if he wants to send it to me he can, if it works correctly, i will refund $140.00 of the $150.00 paid, if it is broken/damaged i will just send it back to him again.

so there is no reason for him to even try to send it to me if he knows he damaged it, it will just cost him more money.

I beleive i am doing way more then most would expect, but that is just the way I am, i have bought or sold more $10,000.00 worth of stuff on the Internet over the past 3 or 4 years, threw Ebay and anandtech and futuremark and a few other places too.

I worked hard to make sure my reputtion is spotless, i have received broken goods several times from other traders, all were damaged in shipping, because it was obvious the damage was done because of poor packageing," IE cpu with bent pins/pci cards throwm in a box with newspaper and nothing else"

I am posting this here because the other thread was locked.

I hope this is OK, i just wanted to let everybody know what was going on.

if the card is undamaged, you will take it back and refund the $$ minus $10. and the fee is because............

if the card is broken, you will not take it back.....isn't this kind of like a reverse warranty?
