I am almost into a size 4 comfortably, now to just get thru the trifecta of eating(Thanksgiving,Xmas and New Year's) while staying on my dietary course!

We should perhaps start a motivational thread for all the ATOT'ers who are dieting, getting in shape, help everybody to resist binge eating over the holidays!

Dress sizes are not measured in pounds, the accepted unit of weight in the United States...

about 25 pounds then ,Some folks at work refer to me as "slim" and I was actually refered to as "fragile" looking, that was a nice first🙂

Congrats! I'm down 20 lbs. since last December and this was accomplished by cutting out sugared sodas from my diet. That's it.

I, on the other hand, lived on sodas for years. I'd drink one/6/12/24 of them right now if not for my will power and my desire to look good for my wife. 😀

w00t for you. I went from 265 to currently 220 with my target at 190. Still have a ways to go, but at least I can see an UBAR difference.
