I am so pissed off now, Do I really need another wireless PC Card?

I just got my USR wireless Access PCI Adapter and wireless Access PC Card. Now it seems to me that I still need another wireless PC card to get my notebook and desktop sharing the net. Basically I need two PC Cards and one adapter to make it work.

If I am right then we need spend more than $100 to get it set up. With almost the same money I can directly go with wireless router. Someone give me some comments on it. I am so pissed off now. I wait and wait, and now I still have not get my notebook connected.

Yes, you are correct. To share net access, you need either 2 PC cards, and one PCI adapter and one nic card, or 1 PC card and a wireless router and 1 nic card. Since I already had a router I got a PC card for the laptop, and a wireless access point which I plugged into my router. I went with the linksys wap which works pretty good, but there are better. I may get a better antenna for it later.
