so i load up IE to get online and low and behold there is this stupid toolbar sitting there on my browser. its an @hometoolbar, similiar to the ugly POS @homebrowser, its ugly and i dont like it.

where did it come from?

i dont know.

i had zonealarm running, did rogers get past it?

i shoulda not deleted it as soon as i could and investigated it more but i was really mad.

who the hell do they think they are doing stuff like that?

i am so mad.

this is my computer. (okay my families) what gives them the right?

if its an IE toolbar, then its an activex, if you have given IE internet access rights, then it can download it without setting off the firewall. like said before, someone must have installed it :)

it wasnt there earlier today.
i am the only person that is home now and has been here for the past week and a half.

i just want to know where it came from.

what makes me madder is that after i deleted it, it went to a page to make me fill out a survey on why i was deleting it.

*kat.<-- still mad.

Is it that brownish piece of turd browser Rogers and Shaw send with their software?

I've never see an @home toolbar before.
