I think it's an indictment of the mods that the very graphic pictures of a tragic waste of human life, of an 18 yo girl, no less (nearly a child) are posted without moderation, while people are making a mockery of her death.

Posting of the word fleshlight is cause for ban and this "faces of death" violent gore stuff is now acceptable?

If you think you have a legitimate rant, maybe a link to said offensive thread might help your cause.

IMO, There are a million warnings before each pic... If you don't like it, you don't click it... no point blaming the mods....

EDIT: I didn't go through the whole thread and I have no idea about the comments of members...

Have a cry why don't you.

That is good for educating the youngin's of ATOT about the dangers of drink driving.....or would rather have another repeat of what happened to Acemcmac(may his soul rest in peace)?

Stumps, I agree with you. That being said, the little trolls were not mature enough to properly contribute to that thread, so it needed to be locked. I really hope they will all wake up someday, and stop this stupidity! How many more have to die, before they get it?

I passed over the thread a couple of times, but after having a couple of drinks and probably under the influence of the anniversary of my father's death, I got a little upset, perhaps more than is warranted.

It's clear from the responses that the young 'uns were more interested in posturing than they were in any potentially inferred lesson.

The venue and presentation are inappropriate for the message which reduces the post to something more appropriate to somethingawful, and I would hope we haven't descended to that level of depravity.

A mod said in a recent thread:
For those that seem confused on the concept of work friendly;
Please see some of the (good/bad ) examples of a few of the posters below.

And banned a bunch of people for responding with satirical and sarcastic responses. No one would consider those pictures work friendly, I particularly regard them as inappropriate and degrading, as I think you would had those pictures been of Acemcmac.

That child (who unquestionably did something stupid) was cherished and loved by someone, and it's inhumane to have her death guffawed over by idiots.

Had her parents given permission for the images to be used instructionally it would be a different story, but as it is, the post is just entertainment for desensitized, disconnected, fools.

(btw - I'm not disputing the right of the mods to judge threads individually or arguing that 'rules' should be applied equally... I am honestly disturbed that this the pictures were seen as acceptible. I don't feel they are.)
