I am snorting now

not cocaine, but whenever i hear jokes, sorta like george costanze

it all happened after i began recording Howard Stern daily, and would lsiten to it. i woudl laugh but wouldnt put that much effort into laughing, and i started snorting

how can i avoid this subconciously?

well if i start hitting me head after snorting, it will become a secondary reflex

i dont really have other bad habits, don't smoke, rarely drink, don't bite my nails, hmmmm, can't think of anything else off the top of my head

I only laugh breathing in, and it sounds absolutely hideous. Afer my injiury, my lungs had about 20% of normal capacity. I'd get dizzy and pass out if I laughed...that wasn't too cool. Guess my brain does it as a defense thing.
