I am not sure what and where Iraq topics should be posted

Someone posted a question as to motivations for French/German resistance in a separate thread. I am not sure which of the sticky threads questions it is appropriate to post in. I assume that it was locked because it belonged in one of the stickies. Although I realize that any well intentioned thread will eventually deteriorate into a flame thread given a contraversial topic after enough time, I also understand that many come looking under specific thread titles for specific things.


Might there be one more (gasp) sticky "Iraq junk" thread for miscellaneous side topics as not to clutter the other threads as much. People could then have their points/flames in one place without worry of crapping (yeah too late I know) in a thread, and have points legitimate and trivial not locked?
