I have much trouble sometimes waking in the morning.

Does anybody have any links to good alarm clocks, preferably with multiple loud alarms.

keep your shades open, sunlight helps me alot.

also, showers, coffee, and exercise, before doing anything that requires thought helps me to focus alot better.

doesn't hitting snooze make it seem like you have multiple alarms? I usally put my alarm somewhere far so I have to get up to turn it off.
