Seems like they're blaming the Central Bank/Fed of the U.S. for the world's economic problems (and possibly their own) and so want to get rid of it.

Specifically, they seem to think that central to this would be the elimination of interest. How they wish to rectify this against the volume and velocity of money isn't apparent to me and I'd really do not want to spend more than five minutes trying to read their website.
