i was messing around with bios, i have never done this before (i was bored lol) so i go INTO OVERLCOCK SETTINGS and change cpu dram speed to 266 and to 11 multiplier ( i have no idea why i did this) so now my computer wont start, it wont even display anything, is there a way to fix this mess?

Resetting the CMOS reverts the BIOS to all the stock settings, so that's the first thing to try. Refer to your motherboard owner's manual for the procedure and the location of the CMOS jumper which is used to do this.

mechBgon is correct. There should be a jumper that you will move then turn the computer on. It will load the defaults but be sure after you do this you shut down and move the jumper back or it will load the defaults upon every boot.
