Well heres what happened:

I was playing Jedi Knight II, and I got real excited and started throwing a semi-rotten, frozen pork chop around like a thermal detonator. It hit my case, and broke the fan! So I threw a bucket of dehydrated water on it, and now it wont work! I think I'm going to sue!

It was probably a defective chip. I have thrown dehydrated water over mine many times and it still works as normal.

Everyone knows you're supposed to put that pork chop between the cpu and the heatsink. And throwing it around like that it's a wonder you didn't put somebody's eye out.

Careful witht hat dehidrated water man. It can sting.

Also, Dihydrogen Monoxide is a better fire retardant.

The dehydrated water was most likely your problem. You probably used 37X3 Spec dehydrated water. 37X3 is incapable of cooling an Athlon processor to tempertures below 300 degrees fahrenheit. Had you used 69X3 Spec dehydrated water it would have been fully capable of cooling your athlon to less than 100 degrees fahrenheit.

Quit blaming AMD and go out and pick up some 69X3 Spec dehydrated water. This place has a good price on it.
