I am looking into buying a GFroce3 TI500 card please help me.

I am looking at the Leadtek and the VisionTek cards does anyone have advice on which one to get.
I will look into others if you think I should.

The Leadtek is not in stock on alot of sites and on MWave the Visiontek is instock.

Any help would be great.

I have the Visiontek......bought it cause it is made in USA, in part. Lifetime warranty. Got this throgh a local shop for lees than an on-line price...$289. (at the time was $30 less)
The 2D and 3D is very nice.
I'm using the 23.11 drivers and it is vey stable.....Quake,UnReal,Blade,SeriousSam....etc. I use RivaTuner and have the HighQuality preset loaded.....image is really nice. The memory is overclocked to 594 right now and the core is at 263.....still testin' here. I have had the mem/core higher like 270/600 and it'll lock-up.....no artifacts ...so I assume it is coolin' issue. Got an older 80mm fan situated just below the card now to check this out. The lock-ups would occur @585 mem/clk before....now it is @594.....but stable.

2D image is fine.....all resolutions up to 1600x1200. If your monitor has convergence ajustments that is a plus. While some of the cards out there do have poor filtering.....I feel that some people are actually viewing through a misaligned monitor as well. If the convergence is off....the 2D is gonna be blurry no matter what card you use. I have a iiyama VMpro 502 .......desktop is @12x9x32----85hz.

I don't play 3dmark so I have no benches for ya......gameplay is smooth @12x9max quality.

I have the Leadtek GF3 Ti500 and it's absolutely superb. It's fast, stable and compatible plus the image quality in 2D & 3D is excellent.

BFG10K: Have you overclocked it yet? How far? Is heat an issue? What set of drivers are you using?
