I have a pair of clarks that have served me well, but are sadly on their way out. The sole's rubber wore out and moisture got inside, practically ruinning it:(

They have served me well for like 3 years, and I'd like to buy somethign similar. They are basically rather plain oak-colored leather with a buckle that goes off to the side.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend something. Iwas lookign at Doc's, but their soles are way too big and flashy.

Mine was sutle and still cool...

not sure if you looked at Docs that had the thin soles, not as big and flashy for obvious reasons. i recomend and wear Justin steel toe boots, but thats just me.

If you just want dressy casual, Rockport has a bunch of nice leather shoes but with comfortable walking soles instead of flat, slick dress soles.
