I am looking for some Intellectual property cases. Mainly cases of the type in which either
a. A professor developed something, got a patent for it, but the university didnt pay him enough royalties so the professor sued the university
or
b. The professor developed something, got a patent by himself, hid it from the university, the university found out, and then the university sued the professor for royalties.
Something similar to these two examples.
I am not sure where I can look up cases online. So any references would be helpful. I am mostly interested in cases like these that have happened in the last 2 years.
If you can point me to some resources where I can find such type of cases, I will really appreciate your help.
