I am looking for an IDE Blu-Ray Burner

I am looking for an internal IDE Blu-Ray Burner. I can't get a SATA version because all 6 of my SATA ports are being used for my Hard-Drives.

Is there such a thing? Preferably something faster than 2x. Anything in the 4x, 6x, or 8x ??

there is no such thing.
you can get a SATA controller for about 15$, or an IDE to SATA adapter (not a good idea)

For burning those high dollar discs do yourself a favor and get a decent SATA card.

Why not just get a external burner and use USB?

because usb is slow, plus it takes up space outside the computer. and needs a seperate power plug.

for god's sake... taltamir is right, this isn't hard. get a super cheap SATA controller... I have seen as low as $10 with free shipping
