I am looking for a GPS app....

I recently switched from a Nokia 521 to the iPhone 6+.......
I never ever have used a data plan. Usually just pay for minutes and use various wifi connections.

I am looking for a map app that will allow me to do the same think the Nokia app HERE Drive + does.......

any suggestions?

I believe Maps.me will let you do this. Just have to download the area maps ahead of time.

I have copilot which allows you to download the maps, but it's a paid app. I think it was on sale for $5 or $10 when I jumped on it.
