What do I do about these toll free numbers that keep calling me, do I just keep sitting here looking at the phone ringing and go on about my Internet business or answer it?
It's just like, ugh. *ignores phone*
I really do not know what they want!!! They get paid for it so I might as well just not even pick up the phone and hopefully they will get some stubborn old man and he will tell them off.

I gave it to the other guy, BUT, they are calling now!! Methinks I need to investigatez some features on our home phone and see if we can set us up the privacy blocker. Still, I would have to answer the phone...

I fixed this by getting rid of my landline. No more unwanted calls.

wonder how long it'd take for them to hang up. My guess is only a few minutes, they likely hate the job as much you hate them calling.

Eh, I got tired of messing with them 450 calls ago. BUT!! Methinks when they call, answer, if it is some kind of BS offer talk quietly, wait for them to turn up their volume, and then yell.
I work in customer service, they call us, I hate when they slam their phones, it is really loud.

Well, I am over-the-phone customer support for a large cell phone company (may not apply to you guys anyway) and trust me, I hate the job. I don't hate the people above me I just hate the job, I only seem to get the ungrateful people. Have them call AOL and then they will appreciate me.

We do have scripts when they do not respond, I read about half of it then hang up.
