My allergies are worse than ever this year. But thankfully I hadn't gotten my usual sinus infection/bronchitis combo....until now.

My face feels like its going to suck itself in from the outside, I had more different colors coming out of my nose than a gay pride flag and my chest is on fire.

Please shower me with sympathy.

I used to have bad allergies.

I went to a Allergy Specialist who identified what I was Allergic to. I then was put on a regime of shots to build up my tolerance to what I was Allergic to. It was a pain in the rear end having to go to the Doctor's office twice a week but now I only go once a month and my allergies are a lot better.

I also do a SinuRinse in the morning and at night, before I take my Flonase.
