I am cranking away on the X2 as we speak we a goal to hit 2.6ghz stably before I need 1.5v...really as high as I want to go....

Then I got my new 17" widescreen 1.86ghz 533fsb 1gb DDR2 laptop...has a 6800go vid card that I am hoping I can find a way to convert to a quadro card using rivatuner....

I can see the weeked is going to be a blur...

What happened to our other topic zebo?

I see duvie is running an X2 and overclocking it.

I thought the POS ocz 600 couldnt handle that?

Zebo tried calling my OCZ 600 Powerstream a POS then say I couldnt OC the motherboard or video cards with dual rails.

Then I showed him my winnie at 2.7 ghz, UTT ram, and SLI 6600gts and he went on about how I couldnt run an X2 and 7800GTX.

Well it seems your running one on your pc and your overclocking.

Plus, my sli 6600gts should draw close to what a single gtx draws.

He cant seem to aceept dual rails are just as good as beefy single rails.

Our ocz's were made for dual cpu systems with pci express cards...I see no reason why it cant handle ocing an X2...at least i see it not being the limit long before air cooling or other hardware limitations hold me back first...

Nothing wrong with the OCZ 600; Except that for the cost, I'd rather go (have gone with 😀) a PC Power & Cooling 510W SLI model.

But there are plenty of sub-$100 supplies that can do it.
