I ordered my new pc parts to rebuild my pc from newegg around Monday night and they shipped them Tuesday morning. The kicker is a lot of the new parts will be here today :Q

I picked the cheapest shipping method at newegg which is always UPS 3 day but still for some of this stuff its like getting 1 day if not overnight because it was shipped Tuesday and will be here today (Wednesday) The only stuff that won't be here will be the ram and cpu which is a bummer but at least I can try and get some of it together while waiting for the cpu and ram. I am just surprised at how quick it is going to get here. I never expected Newegg to now be this quick! I am even more impressed than last time I ordered from newegg. I thought I would not get it till Friday or Monday. Friday the earliest.
If Newegg is always 1 to 2 day ship time for the cheapest shipping method there is no reason to ever buy from a local computer store again because that should be quick enough for mostly anyone in a hurry. I wasn't in a hurry though but its nice to have it if I ever need to replace a broken pc part quickly!

Did you even look to see where they shipped from? For me, they typically try to ship from New Jersey and being in Pennsylvania, that means I get them in one day regardless of the shipping method chosen. NewEgg will sometimes even list "expected to arrive in 1 business day" on the shipping page if they think you'll be able to get it in one day if you choose 3-day (they list the thing next to 3-day, but it isn't always perfect).

I never seen that before but awesome feature! I guess thats why newegg rocks so much they have stores that ship put all around the US and not just CA like I thought at first. Seems like a lot of stuff comes from CA though. More so than other places. I guess because CA has everything!

x3 for most of the smaller things I get, however some of the more expensive items I buy seem to originate from California more often then not. :|
